I am calling to all Beatle fans, from the want to be, to the trying hard, to the avid and obsessed. If you are truly a Beatle fan (as you are claiming) then what is the saddest Beatle song?

Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.

Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.


Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.


Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside fromthat, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Nope… she is neither JLo as you think nor Britney Spears. She’s my baby… I think this video was taken on November 26 2007 when we had a tough and rigid game, yes; we played DOTA earlier that day. We ended up very frustrated with the game ‘coz from time to time or should I say all the time, it disconnects my computer for no particular reason. Maybe it is the game that has bugs and errors or maybe it’s just because of the poor computer network we had.

Anyways, after that stressful game, she was surprised while I am installing the new WOW Magic Sing Karaoke that we bought at SM Davao a day before. She smiled at me and said ‘Dad, I’ll just take a bath, be right back’ then I said ‘Okay, but you should try and sing a song for me first’. Amazingly, she refused and went to the bathroom for her refreshing rituals. Ignoring her response, I sang for about 4-5 songs. Later after bathing, we had our dinner and discussed some funny things. After we’re done, she grabbed the microphone and said ‘it’s my turn to sing’. I gave her the microphone and said ‘what song do you want to sing?’ She smiled and then replied ‘like a virgin’. I was shocked as I recalled my self if she can actually sing it.
